99abb Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Agreement

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 99abb platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 99abb does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated software, bots or on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not currently be excluded from gaming activity through a self-exclusion programme or any other restriction.
• You must be registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial or professional advantage.

99abb may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. This is standard practice for gaming platforms and is intended to protect both the player and the platform from fraud and misuse. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal requests held pending review.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 99abb platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms. If multiple accounts are discovered, 99abb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username, password and any secondary authentication details — confidential and secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99abb immediately.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your 99abb account. Sharing account credentials, allowing a third party to deposit or withdraw on your behalf, or allowing another person to wager using your account is strictly prohibited.

Your account balance in PKR is held for your personal use on the 99abb platform. Account balances are not transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.

4. Deposits & Payments

99abb accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account deposit section when available.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Depositing using payment accounts registered to another person is not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 99abb account balance in real time or within a few minutes. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please allow up to one working day before contacting support.
• 99abb does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside of 99abb's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your account and wagering has begun. Please double-check the amount before confirming any deposit.

99abb reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other form of financial misconduct. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued use of the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.

• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays until verification is complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts that have been confirmed as belonging to the account holder. 99abb does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a player has received a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is processed. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in the bonus and bonus winnings being removed.
• 99abb reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

99abb offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of that offer, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process.
• If 99abb determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, account duplication, or any form of abuse, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 99abb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 99abb platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and sports betting markets — use certified random number generators or live dealer environments operated by our provider partners. Game outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted by any party.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state recorded by the platform server at the time of the fault. The platform's server records are the definitive record in all disputes.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game interface.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Live betting odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.
• 99abb reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed fault or any event that renders the original odds materially incorrect.
• Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan internationals, PSL and T20 tournaments — follow standard rules for incomplete matches. Where a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settled markets will follow the rules of the relevant governing body.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99abb platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities within the platform or any game.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location during registration or verification.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping or reproducing any part of the 99abb platform without written permission.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent on behalf of other players.

99abb actively monitors accounts for unusual activity patterns. If an account is flagged for review, 99abb may suspend access to withdrawals pending investigation. Players are encouraged to cooperate with any such process, as non-cooperation will be treated as confirmation of the suspected activity.

9. Responsible Gaming

99abb is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming on the 99abb platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a way to generate income, recover financial losses or solve financial problems.

We encourage all players to set clear limits on the time and money they spend on the platform before each session begins. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a set period of time.

11. Account Termination

Either the player or 99abb may close a player account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

99abb may close or suspend a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary platform rules.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or financial misconduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to any applicable dormant account policy.
• Any circumstance that 99abb reasonably considers to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, 99abb reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

99abb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted, 99abb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including game statistics, odds or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from a player breaching these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. 99abb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

99abb may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal requirements or operational needs.
